We assure you that our products are free of defects in material and workmanship. Also the products made by hand, might have some variations in the texture/ design. We want you to be pleased with your order. But for any reason in case you feel that the received product does not conform to the acceptable quality standards then please follow our Exchange/Return Policy guidelines.


We only accept Returns in the following events:

  1. Product was damaged in transit
  2. Product has a genuine manufacturing defect
  3. Some parts of the product are missing

If your ordered item(s) falls under any of the above mentioned categories then pls intimate us within 48 hours of your purchase by calling our customer care number or writing to us at customercare@artisticodecor.com. Please attach pictures to explain the issue. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging received from Artistico and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. We will get the pick up arranged at your doorstep. The replacement shall be dispatched from our warehouse once the originally shipped item is received back by us.

The returned item will be replaced by another piece of the same item unless we do not have it in stock anymore. If your ordered product gets out of stock then please select another product of the same or higher value, we will try to arrange the article according to the availability otherwise we will provide you Credit Note of the same amount.

if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us mentioning the exact reason.

Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturing defects or transit damage. Artistico reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
