How Can I Pay?

On the Online Shop, you can make the payment through several modes including Internet Banking, Credit Card/ Debit Card and Cash on Delivery.

What exactly is Cash on Delivery?

Artistico Decor offers all its customers option of paying for the products at their doorstep. With this COD option, you will be required to pay the total billing amount in cash to the delivery boy. We charge INR.100/- as delivery fee for COD orders.

No store credit or discount voucher can be used for COD orders, the amount payable should be Indian Rupees only. COD service is not available for all the locations, we request you to kindly enter your pincode and check the availability of this facility for your area.

How safe is using Debit/ Credit Card for payment?

All the monetary transactions from internet banking and Debit/ Credit Card on our website are absolutely secure with the advanced security technology of the internet. Your transaction is processed on our website through secure gateways that are handled by reputed banks.

In how much time I will get my order?

Artistico generally delivers most of the orders within three to eight working days (subject to serviceable Pincodes availability). This period excludes National Holidays, Natural Calamities and other such Emergency Situations.

How to place a cancellation request?

Order once placed on the website can easily be cancelled as well. For creating cancellation request of your order online, click the cancel link which is in the My Account section. Only the registered users of Artistico Decor can cancel their orders. Only COD orders can be cancelled, orders being placed using Online Payment mode cannot be cancelled.

How can I place request for replacement?

We only accept Returns/Replacement requests in the following events:

  1. Product was damaged in transit
  2. Product has a genuine manufacturing defect
  3. Some parts of the product are missing

 

If your ordered item(s) falls under any of the above mentioned categories then pls intimate us within 48 hours of your purchase by calling our customer care number or writing to us at customercare@artisticodecor.com. Please attach pictures to explain the issue. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging received from Artistico and use sufficient packing material to prevent damage in transit. We will get the pick-up arranged at your doorstep. The replacement shall be dispatched from our warehouse once the originally shipped item is received back by us.

What are the shipping charges? 

To make you get your product delivered at your specified location, Artistico undertakes responsibility of Shipment. And for this we have a policy, as per which, Shipping charges will vary from product to product depending on the size of each product. In case of COD a nominal extra charge of Rs. 100 shall be applied which is used for cash handling purposes.

Is registration on the website mandatory for products purchase?

No, it is not mandatory to register yourself on the Website; you can also place your order as a guest. But, we suggest you to register for membership, it is free and every time you shop with us you will be in no need to enter all the details.
